First of all let me go ahead and say, yes parking does suck in my apartment complex. I realize that. I understand it and I try to be slightly more understanding than is normal for me. However what I will not abide is when I come home from work, and some idiot has parked in my designated and paid for parking spot. If I can't park in my spot I have to walk out of the complex and across the street to my church parking lot. It takes me 15 minutes. But even though it upsets me to no end, I still try to be nice and knock on all the doors in my building to give the offending person the opportunity to move their car before I have them towed. Now with that said....
Recently we had a couple very young (think 20 years old) girls move into our building. Nearly every time in recent weeks someone has been in my spot, it has been one of them. I have continued to knock on their door and they continue to park in the same spot. And so today, I have made a life changing decision. I am no longer knocking. I am going to simply tow them every time. I know that it is mean, but dammit I am sick of fighting for the spot that I pay good money for. I am sure that they will give me dirty looks....and I think that will be the sweetest thing of all.

When I had to deal with that situation I parked my car behind the person in my spot. Then they had to come to me to get out of the spot.
